Welcome to Franklin Elementary School! We are a thriving community with an excellent staff, talented students and unique offerings.
Franklin is home to the only elementary Mandarin Immersion Program in Vancouver Public Schools. The Structured Learning Center and Kindergarten Jump Start help students be successful. And before- and after-school activities offer other opportunities for involvement.
Here at Franklin, we are grateful for strong support from volunteers and groups such as our Parent-Teacher Association and Quan Ren. They help make Franklin the dynamic learning environment that it is today.
As a longtime educator and principal, I’m passionate about fostering a culture where students are excited about school and learning.
